Quite honestly, I’m not entirely sure that I get what you mean. Unfortunately I quit using RSS readers myself about a year ago, and I don’t have any prior experience with Google’s, but my feed is set to show ten full-text items at a time. As for pictures, display options are unavailable in the WordPress settings, but I suspect that your problems are related to my hotlink block, which allows photo display on a number of predefined domains only.

I’ll look into it, and see if there’s any chance of adding the Google Reader to the list of sanctioned (in the positive sense) sites.
