We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager II of Fraud Rules & Strategy to join the Walmart+ business team to develop scalable, approaches to fraud and abuse on the platform. The Senior Manager II will help identify risk areas for membership and define solutions designed to grow the business profitability.

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager II will have business ownership for development of Walmart+ membership governance policies, fraud / abuse controls, and account management, while ensuring an excellent membership experience. This includes partnering with key stakeholders to plan and drive changes to fraud prevention and mitigation methods, develop policies and rules to ensure we’re protecting our members as well as driving optimal business outcomes.

This individual will have business responsibility for the prioritization, development, and execution of the roadmap, and will partner with key stakeholders such as product, engineering, compliance, customer care, accounting, legal, etc.

• You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems.
• You’re someone who can execute, with strong discipline and organization skills; someone who gets things done.
• You have strong analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives and have a mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
• You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
• You have experience working in developing policies and mitigation for fraud, abuse and scam prevention, platform manipulation
• Ability to travel when business needs require (<25%, often with multi night stays)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, policy development AND fraud and abuse mitigation capabilities
• 2+ years of management experience
• 2+ years working in a Trust and Safety function for a technology-based company

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, engineering, information technology or related disciplines AND 4 years+ experience in Technology Management, Policy Development, E-commerce, OR 6 years+ experience in Operations Management or related area

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
